Tegal

Tegal was a pure 90's delight. Full of blue carpet (which I actually didn't hate, if it hadn't been filthy) paired with miles of grey and pink flecked tile and yellowed oak. Just not quite right, y'know? This home is 3300 square feet and had a kitchen that took up about 100 square' of that space. Again, just not quite right for the size of the space. So the original dining room was removed, a wall taken out, and the main kitchen was put in. The front formal living space was converted into a dining room, complete with a 12' table and church pew to now seat up to 20 guests.

The kitchen was designed with a modern edge, lots of graphic black and white for high contrast, sleek finish on the cupboards with warmth added with the gold handles, vintage feeling fixtures and texture of the white herringbone backsplash. Engineered Wood floors by BiYork run through the entire main floor offering a continuous open feeling that are durable and easy to care for.
