Charged with the task of taking 3000 empty squre feet and turning it into a multiple purpose area was no small task. The requirements were to create a mock kitchen area that was set up for filming, a real prep kitchen, fit for a chef; a board room, open office workspaces for 8-10 staff; lunch room; 2 powder baths; private meeting areas and a foyer for guests to chill. 

And to make it an uber cool space. 

It was an incredible project to work on and the client was thrilled with the outcome.
